Whether you are planning a meeting, convention, banquet or party, Stockmen's Catering Department gives you the special attention you deserve while working with our professional staff and award-winning chefs. We can accommodate groups up to 350, with your choice of a variety of menus and banquet facilities.

We will accommodate any special requests you have including decoration, dietary considerations and food selection. Stockmen's Catering Department is committed to making your catered function enjoyable and memorable. Our staff will coordinate any size or type of affair. We can accommodate your party in our meeting rooms, ballroom, showroom, pool-side party area, or interior atrium. Our catering staff prides itself on quality food at affordable prices.

We are happy to work with any decorator, florist, or band that you may hire. Have your florist, decorating or entertainment directors schedule your event activities with our catering department. Stockmen's Catering is not responsible for any decorations left in the rooms during or after your function.

No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the casino, or removed from premises, without prior consent of the Stockmen's Catering Department.

Required deposit is 50% of the estimated cost of the event. Cancellations must be made to the Catering Department within 4-working days of the event. If cancellations are received after the 4th working day, your deposit will be forfeited.

All catering is subject to sales tax and a 17% gratuity charge. Catered out parties will incur sales tax, 20% gratuity, plus any additional charges.

A final guest count is required 72 hours in advance. Final payment is due upon completion of your event unless credit arrangement have been made.
