Tinhorn Wins Stockmen's Blackjack Invitational

The Stockmen's Hotel Casino in downtown Elko awarded Odie Tinhorn of Elko, $2,000.00 in cash and a first place trophy at the Stockmen's $5,000 Chase the Ace Blackjack Invitational Championship Tournament held, January 18, 2007. Other winners included: Sarah Cornett of Elko who took home the 2nd place trophy and $1,000 in cash and Jerry Pierce of Spring Creek won $500 and the 3rd place trophy.

The tournament was based upon 32 players who had played in the weekly Chase the Ace Blackjack Tournaments at the Stockmen's since September of 2006. Cash awards were given to all those who participated in the Championship Tournament January 18, 2007.
